I can't remember my password?

Click here, enter the email address you used to register and you can re-set your password.

Can I change my personal details if they are incorrect?

You can change your details on the account tools section - click on edit my personal profile.

Can I change my password?

Where can I see my stats?

You can see your stats at the bottom of your control panel or click on game history on you're my account section.

What is update my avatar?

This allows you to upload an image or picture for your welcome box situated at the top of the control panel.

What does challengeable mean?

This means you are open to be challenged to play a game or tournament. If you don't want to be challenged you can change your status to no.

Credits

How do I cash out my winning credits?

Go to my account winning credits and click on cash out, you can also transfer your winning credits to your game credit account.

Can I cash out of my game credits?

No you can't cash out your game credits. You can only cash out winning credits.

How do I top my credits?

To top up your credits, simply log in and go to my account. Click on the buy credits tab, then click on how many credits you wish to purchase. You will then be directed to our secure partners payment page to make your transaction. Gamers65 do not hold any credit card information on our users.

Do I have to download software to play the game?

No this game is browser operated. that means you can just open your browser and start playing straight away.
You will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed, most computers will already have this.

I don't understand the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum feature?

These are games of skill! To ensure that all those who compete playing Golf pro we have developed a simple handicap system that gives every level of player a realistic chance of winning. So, if you never played the game before you will automatically start at the Bronze level. Once you improve your skills, the system will monitor your playing record and bring up a level as you improve, all the way up to Platinum. Once you have gone up a level however, you will not be able to go back to the old level regardless of how you perform. so its practice, practice, practice...

Can I play a person in a different category?

No you cannot play other competitors in other categories level, example Bronze can only play bronze players.

Are practice rounds free?

Yes!

What if two players are tied?

For Golf for example, if two players are tied, the result will be determined on the fewest number of sand,water hits and putts made i.e the player with the lowest number will win.

Tournaments

What types of tournaments are available?

Monthly - Gamers65 will launch a new game each month
Daily - Gamers65 will launch a daily game every day
User - You create your own game and invite other players to join

Why do the pot prizes keep changing?

You will see that the daily and monthly pots change constantly. This is because as new competitors join a particular tournament with a fixed credit amount, that amount is added to the pot. So, for instance, if a daily tournament is launched with a fixed entry fee of say 100 credits and only five join the game the total pot will be 500 credits and so on. The more people that join the game the more credits you win.

Do I get a refund on my credits if nobody enters the tournament?

Yes, If a player enters a tournament and is still the only player that has finished a round by the closing date then they get a full refund of credits to their play account.

Can I search for other players to play?

Yes click on the friends tab at the top of the page, you can search all the players in your level or your friends.

How do I find other tournaments?

Go to the user tournament section and click the find tab - this will show the sections required to search.

How do I set up my own tournaments?

Go to user tournament section of a game and click on the create tab - give your tournament a name.
Set the date when you want the game to finish with the time (all timings based on GMT) set your entry stake and then click create.

Whats a 1 on 1 tournament?

Exactly what it says. If you prefer to only challenge your friends or other like minded players to a game, you can set this up yourself. You decide the level of credits you wish to set and all that remains is for you to invite those you wish to play against.
